Our initial focus is workforce support for wind projects in Western Australia, South Australia and other regional locations. Remote work requires more than availability: candidates must understand roster expectations, travel, accommodation, weather and site rules.
Solar sites require consistent cleaning, vegetation, logistics and operational support around planned maintenance. Enerstride can recruit support personnel to an agreed scope while technical or high-risk activities remain subject to verified qualifications and supervision.
Construction and operating teams often need dependable people who keep information, equipment and daily coordination moving. We screen for reliability, communication and remote-site readiness as well as relevant experience.
For technical and leadership positions, the search is tailored to the asset, technology, project phase and location. No qualification or availability is treated as confirmed until it has been checked.
